Moonessa — Began with a Simple Idea
Life around water should feel easy.
Bulky, damp beach towels never felt like the best solution. Looking for a better alternative led us to the traditional Turkish towel (peshtemal) — a centuries-old towel from Turkish bath culture, known for its lightweight feel, compact design, and quick-drying nature.
We then reimagined it with modern coastal designs and beach-inspired colours for today’s beach, pool, and travel lifestyle.

October 2019 — Fremantle Market
We first introduced Moonessa Turkish towel collections to the local community through a humble stall at Fremantle Markets and later through seasonal Christmas pop-ups across WA.
Locals quickly fell in love with them. As we bring Moonessa online to reach customers Australia-wide, more than 150,000 towels have already found happy homes in Western Australia.

Inspired by the same simple idea, we set out to create a better alternative to bulky hooded towels and surf ponchos.
We designed ZipEase™ with a soft terry interior, a flat-weave exterior, and a full front zipper — creating a lightweight, breathable hooded towel.
From beach days and pool sessions to bath time and swimming lessons, ZipEase™ makes changing, drying, and staying comfortable easier.
